About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco is seeking a Manager of Business Operations & Cash Analytics to lead cash data analytics, currency and coin model management, capacity planning, and innovation initiatives. This role directly supports cash operations across the Twelfth District, influencing strategic decisions that affect the nation’s financial stability.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive data, analysis, and metrics to support cash operations management.
• Provide strategic vision for project management, personnel development, and currency/coin operations.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Cash Operations, IT, Legal, and other internal partners to build policies and drive innovation.
• Lead recruitment, mentorship, performance planning, and succession planning for a diverse analytical team.
• Advocate for District Cash Services through the FedCash Services District Liaison channel.
