About the role

At Lifespace, the Manager Nurse RN role isn’t just about oversight, it’s about creating exceptional experiences for residents and building strong, high‑performing teams. This hands‑on RN leader thrives in a fast‑paced, resident‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead daily nursing operations and ensure clinical excellence.
  • Coach, develop, and hold the nursing team accountable.
  • Ensure medications, treatments, and documentation are completed accurately every time.
  • Partner with interdisciplinary teams to drive resident outcomes.
  • Manage staffing, quality, and compliance initiatives.

Required profile

  • Active RN license.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience (long‑term care preferred).
  • Strong clinical judgment combined with team leadership skills.
  • “Roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” leadership style.
