Main Responsibilities

• Execute and drive the NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) strategy across high school, grassroots, and collegiate basketball levels.
• Identify, evaluate, and scout emerging basketball talents to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
• Manage end-to-end relationships with athletes, talent agents, and management teams to ensure seamless partnerships.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align NIL initiatives with broader brand storytelling and product campaigns.
• Oversee product allocation, event activations, and travel coordination to provide a premium athlete experience.
• Ensure full legal compliance and operational excellence within the evolving NIL regulatory landscape.
• Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to maintain brand dominance in basketball culture.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in sports marketing, athlete management, or collegiate athletics.
• Strong understanding of the NIL ecosystem and the basketball landscape (High School to NCAA).
• Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders and agents.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for basketball culture and brand authenticity.
