Manager, Network Economics & Value Optimization

About the role

The Global Network Economics and Value Optimization (NEVO) team seeks a senior manager to lead pricing, interchange policy, and value‑optimization initiatives across all regions. This role provides a global view, coordinates complex projects, and influences commercial conversations through strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Own global Pricing & Interchange policy and procedures, ensuring consistent application across regions and verticals.
• Provide a unifying governance framework that aligns product‑ and market‑led strategies under shared principles.
• Drive execution discipline for high‑impact, complex initiatives requiring cross‑market coordination.
• Ensure clear accountability and decision clarity to reduce fragmentation, rework, and ad‑hoc decisions.
• Build sustainable capability by embedding governance standards, offering guidance, support, and training for long‑term scalability.
• Advocate revenue optimization, simplicity, and enhanced customer and employee experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience with financial modeling (P&L projections, cost‑benefit analysis, ROI).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact across functions, geographies, and seniority levels.
• Excellent data‑to‑insight translation and concise presentation for senior management.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Project‑management expertise, capable of handling multiple simultaneous projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work independently with minimal direction.
