About the role
The Little Gym is looking for an energetic Manager In Training to lead a local gym location. You will learn how to run daily operations, teach classes, and create a welcoming environment for children and families.
Key responsibilities
- Teach classes using the proven curriculum and teaching method.
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure members feel like family.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver high‑quality classes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and fun gym environment.
- Promote membership enrollment and community engagement.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic, high‑energy personality with a love for kids.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to create a positive atmosphere.
- Willingness to learn gym management and teaching techniques.
- Ability to balance fun with responsibility and follow through on tasks.
