About the role

We are looking for an energetic Manager In Training to join The Little Gym. You will learn to lead a vibrant children’s gym, delivering high‑quality classes and ensuring an outstanding member experience while developing your management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Teach engaging classes using our proven curriculum, with training provided.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, treating members like family.
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver their best performance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment.
• Promote membership growth by welcoming new families to The Little Gym community.

• Enthusiastic, high‑energy personality with a love for children.
• Strong service orientation and a “make others feel good” mindset.
• Ability to balance fun with responsibility and meet operational goals.
• Comfortable being playful (e.g., giving high‑fives, acting like a dinosaur) while maintaining professionalism.
