The Little Gym is seeking an energetic Manager In Training to lead a local gym location, deliver engaging classes for children, and ensure an outstanding member experience. You will receive comprehensive training on our curriculum, operations, and leadership approach.

Key responsibilities

• Teach classes using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a family‑like atmosphere for members.
• Lead, motivate, and develop gym staff to deliver high‑quality programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Promote membership growth by welcoming new families to the gym community.
