About the role

Serenity is looking for a motivated Manager In Training to join its growing network of mental‑health clinics in Fort Worth, TX. This rotational program provides hands‑on experience across clinic functions while preparing you for a future leadership role within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 1‑3 month rotations in various clinic positions to understand operations, patient flow, and service delivery.
• Promote Serenity’s advanced mental‑health treatments to patients and address objections with persuasive communication.
• Assist in business‑development initiatives, including marketing campaigns and growth strategies.
• Advocate for patient experience, educate clients on treatment options, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Utilize the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system to support accurate care coordination and data‑driven decision making.
• Conduct strategic consultations to gather patient information and help design personalized treatment plans.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience or current enrollment in a business‑related academic program.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and resolve patient concerns.
• Patient‑centric mindset combined with a genuine interest in driving business growth.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to exceed performance targets.
