Manager, Immersive Experiences

About the role

The Manager, Immersive Experiences designs and delivers immersive donor missions that showcase the Federation’s impact locally, in Israel, and worldwide. Working closely with Financial Resource Development (FRD) staff and cross‑functional partners, this role translates donor engagement strategy into meaningful, relationship‑building experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop mission concepts that align with Federation priorities, impact stories, and donor cultivation goals.
• Partner with the Director of Donor Engagement, FRD staff, and lay leaders to define fundraising strategies, participant outcomes, and follow‑up opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate logistics for domestic and international missions, including site selection, travel arrangements, and on‑site execution support.
• Support recruitment, participant engagement, and stewardship activities throughout the mission lifecycle.
• Monitor and evaluate mission effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Occasionally staff missions on the ground while primarily serving as the strategic planner and overseer.

Required profile

• Proven experience in donor engagement, event or program management, preferably within a nonprofit or philanthropic setting.
• Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into detailed operational plans.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with FRD, Communications, Impact, executive leadership, and external partners.
• Capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects and travel domestically or internationally as needed.
