Manager, Global Learning & Customer Education

About the role

Salary.com is seeking a Manager, Global Learning & Customer Education to shape how employees and customers learn, ramp, and succeed. Based in Waltham, MA, this hybrid role will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of high‑impact learning programs across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging learning experiences across eLearning, live, and blended modalities.
• Design and deliver customer‑facing education programs, product training, and scalable learning solutions.
• Partner with Marketing, Professional Services, Product, and Customer Success to drive adoption and long‑term value.
• Lead onboarding for offshore BDR teams and U.S. employees.
• Apply instructional design principles to create role‑based, practical content.
• Own LMS strategy, administration, and optimization.
• Design and deliver instructor‑led and virtual training sessions.
• Lead and develop a global team of instructional designers, trainers, and coordinators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning, instructional design, or related fields.
• Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, scalable learning experiences.
• Outcome‑focused mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
• Experience leading distributed teams.

• Base salary $130,000 – $140,000 per year plus a 10% annual bonus.
