Manager, FP&A – Corporate Functions

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) within its Corporate Functions. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, reporting and decision support for the Human Resources, Finance, and Office of the CEO & Corporate Communications units.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to analyze priorities, conduct cost‑benefit studies and produce comparative reports.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial results, variance explanations and actionable insights.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing regular updates on changes.
• Support allocation and profitability analysis for legal entities, regulatory reporting and management reporting needs.
• Maintain cost‑center hierarchy and ensure alignment across functions.
• Report on headcount, compensation impacts and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Identify cost‑saving initiatives and incorporate them into financial projections.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience with a focus on financial planning, management reporting, quantitative analysis, scenario planning and decision modeling.
• Proven track record in financial analysis, forecasting, profitability analysis and business partnering.
• Experience in investment management or a related financial services environment is preferred.
