Manager, Electrochemical Process Engineer

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in hardware characterization, method development, and application of electrochemical technologies across a broad product portfolio.
• Collaborate with key customers to resolve high‑value process engineering issues and ensure successful technology demonstrations.
• Design, execute, and analyze complex experimental tests, escalating critical findings to senior management.
• Define product process specifications, identify equipment strengths and weaknesses, and guide development opportunities.
• Drive market‑share improvement initiatives and contribute to long‑term product road‑maps.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage small technical teams (up to 8 engineers or researchers) and influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of electrochemical process engineering and hardware characterization techniques.
• Track record of delivering innovative solutions that result in revenue growth, market share gains, or accelerated time‑to‑market.
• Experience presenting technical results and leading cross‑functional collaboration.
