Manager Content Data Engineering

About the role

We are looking for a Manager Content Data Engineering to lead the transformation of raw legal and regulatory documents into trusted, structured data that powers our search, analytics and AI experiences. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering and data quality, ensuring that our metadata foundation remains reliable and scalable.

Key responsibilities

• Lead offshore and internal engineering teams, handling hiring, training, performance management and employee development.
• Own end‑to‑end execution of content ingestion, metadata extraction, entity resolution, canonical modeling and data‑quality processes.
• Establish and enforce standards, monitoring, SQL‑based validation, escalation paths and review routines to support search and AI capabilities at scale.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define structured data and metadata requirements for customer‑facing search, benchmarking, analytics and AI experiences.
• Communicate technical concepts, trade‑offs and data‑quality considerations to engineering, product and business stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver data‑platform enhancements while balancing new features, technical debt and maintenance priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement in data quality, reliability and operational processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading data‑engineering or content‑engineering teams, including hiring and performance management.
• Strong understanding of data ingestion pipelines, metadata enrichment and entity resolution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.
