Manager, Business Unit Integration – MedTech Deliver

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager to lead Business Unit Integration for the MedTech Deliver function. The role bridges MedTech supply‑chain strategy with operational execution across multiple regions and platforms, ensuring alignment with overall Deliver objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Deliver pillar within SCLT/Platform teams, balancing responsibilities with Plan‑Source‑Make functions.
• Connect Business Unit strategies and requirements with the MedTech Deliver Center Operations and Capabilities teams.
• Partner with Regional MedTech Supply Chain leaders on performance management, business planning, flow optimization, new‑product‑introduction execution, and margin expansion.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain Services (GSCS) on transportation lane optimization, tariff management, and budget control.
• Infuse business‑specific priorities into the overall MedTech Supply Chain Deliver strategy and capabilities.
