About the role
The Manager, Brand Strategy & Planning will drive strategic branding initiatives for Cartier North America. You will lead cross‑functional projects from concept to delivery, ensuring they align with the Maison’s strategic ambitions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and articulate project briefs that reflect strategic goals.
- Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, roles, and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Lead day‑to‑day execution of projects, monitoring progress and managing risks.
- Create and maintain communication channels for all project stakeholders, providing tailored updates.
- Conduct post‑project analysis, reporting KPIs and recommending improvements.
- Contribute to strategic presentations, market action plans, and business reviews.
- Support market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably in brand strategy or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, self‑starter with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Highly collaborative team player.
