Manager, AGS and Spares Quality

About the role

Applied Materials seeks a Manager to lead AGS and Spares Quality, overseeing repair and refurbish supplier quality. The role drives continuous improvement across spares and repair sectors while ensuring customer quality experience and risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities

• Own key spares/repair quality metrics and dashboards, collaborating cross‑functionally for improvement.
• Develop and deploy methods to capture customer quality experience, such as a Spares Defense Line Suite.
• Drive AGS escalations to closure and support customer reporting.
• Improve mask product supplier part quality and provide training to employees, suppliers, and customers.
• Coordinate issue resolution using quality tools (NCM, APS, statistical analysis) and lead corrective actions.

Required profile

• Broad industry and commercial awareness to influence financial and operational performance.
• Leadership experience managing managers and executing segment/functional business plans.
• Advanced problem‑solving skills for complex business issues.
• Ability to negotiate and influence senior executives and external partners.
