Manager, Account Executive – Financial Services

About the role

Anthropic is seeking a senior sales leader to head its Enterprise Financial Services (FSI) sales team. The manager will guide the team in delivering Anthropic’s AI solutions to banks, insurers, asset managers and fintech firms, turning pilot projects into production deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Define FSI go‑to‑market strategy, coverage design, segmentation and vertical value propositions.
• Recruit, coach and retain Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives with deep financial‑services and platform‑selling expertise.
• Codify use cases, proof points and sales motions, partnering with Marketing, Enablement and partner teams.
• Engage personally with C‑level executives on priority pursuits, building business cases and navigating procurement, security, model‑risk and legal processes.
• Own the team’s revenue targets, pipeline discipline, forecasting, deal inspection and account planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading enterprise sales teams serving financial‑services clients.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach and retain high‑performing sales professionals.
• Strong track record of engaging C‑level executives and closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Experience shaping go‑to‑market strategies and building repeatable sales motions.
