Make Ready/Turn Technician – Property Maintenance

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Make Ready/Turn Technician to ensure vacant apartments are prepared to market‑ready standards. You will work on a stabilized garden‑style community, completing repairs, improvements, and cleaning tasks so units are ready for new residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all required repairs and improvements on vacant units following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace it.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under supervisor direction.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep, including trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs and signage.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow Greystar’s safety policies, attend safety meetings, and complete required OSHA training.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
• Availability for a Monday‑Friday schedule (8 am‑5 pm) with rotating on‑call duties.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Customer‑service mindset when interacting with residents and team members.
