Make Ready Technician – One Hampton Lake

About the role

The Make Ready Technician ensures that vacant apartment units are prepared to the highest quality standards for re‑leasing. Working on‑site at the One Hampton Lake community, you will perform technical and mechanical tasks that turn each unit into a market‑ready home.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements required before a new resident moves in, following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers to ensure a watertight finish.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage, perform repairs or replace sections as needed.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units according to supervisor directions.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule and adhere to a Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm workday.

Required profile

• Experience in residential maintenance or property turnover.
• Ability to follow detailed checklists and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to timely completion of tasks.
