Make Ready Specialist – The Dixon at Stonegate

About the role

The Make Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartments are prepared to the highest quality standards for re‑leasing. Working on‑site at The Dixon at Stonegate, you will perform technical and mechanical tasks that turn units into market‑ready homes for new residents.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements on vacant units according to the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace it.
• Perform touch‑up painting on vacant and occupied units under supervision.
• Assist with maintaining common areas, grounds, and amenities by removing trash and debris and operating pressure‑washing equipment.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed checklists and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift moderate weights.
• Reliability and punctuality for full‑time on‑site work.
