Make-Ready Specialist – Park at River Oaks

About the role

The Make-Ready Specialist ensures that vacant apartment units at the River Oaks community are prepared to the company’s quality standards for re‑leasing. This full‑time position involves performing technical and mechanical work to turn units into market‑ready condition.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all required repairs and improvements to vacant units following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and perform repairs or replacements.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under the direction of the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist with maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities, including trash collection and pressure‑washing.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks in residential units.
• Attention to detail when following checklists and quality standards.
• Capability to work independently on repairs, caulking, painting, and sheetrock work.
• Willingness to assist with exterior and common‑area upkeep.
