Make-Ready Specialist – Coventry Park

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Make-Ready Specialist to prepare vacant apartment units for re‑leasing at its Coventry Park community. The role focuses on completing repairs, improvements, and cleaning tasks to ensure each unit meets Greystar’s quality standards before a new resident moves in.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all required repairs and improvements according to the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace it.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under supervisor direction.
• Maintain common areas by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs and signage.
• Document completed work and checklist items promptly.
• Follow Greystar’s safety policies, attend safety meetings, and complete required OSHA training.
• Provide courteous service to residents, answer questions, and address maintenance complaints efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
• Commitment to cost‑cutting practices, such as fixing parts instead of replacing them.
• Willingness to adhere to safety and risk‑management procedures.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to respond promptly to resident inquiries.
