Make Ready Specialist – Artemis at Spring Canyon

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Make Ready Specialist to prepare vacant apartments at the Artemis at Spring Canyon community for new residents. You will ensure each unit meets Greystar’s quality standards before re‑leasing, performing a range of technical and mechanical tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements listed on the community’s make‑ready checklist prior to resident move‑in.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage, perform repairs or replacements, and apply touch‑up paint.
• Assist with grounds and common‑area upkeep, including trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs and signage.
• Document completed work and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Follow safety and risk‑management policies, attend safety meetings, and complete required OSHA training.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift moderate loads for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting quality standards.
• Customer‑service mindset, responding respectfully to resident inquiries and complaints.
