Maintenance Technician – Viviano (Red Cliffs)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Viviano property at Red Cliffs. The role focuses on ensuring that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service activities accurately and promptly for tracking and compliance.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing debris, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Experience with lease‑up processes is preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and risk‑management policies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
