About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Verde Esterra Park in Redmond. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems.
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and resolve issues.
