Maintenance Technician – The Paseo at Town Center

About the role
Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support The Paseo at Town Center property in Santa Clarita, California. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to resident work orders and complete repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, ensuring they are prepared for new occupants.
- Provide on‑call support Tuesday through Saturday as needed.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
- Ability to diagnose issues, follow procedures, and work independently.
