Maintenance Technician – The Palmer

About the role
This role performs technical and mechanical work to keep the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas of The Palmer property in Woodstock, GA clean, safe and fully functional. The Maintenance Technician ensures resident requests are addressed promptly and that preventative maintenance and make‑ready processes meet Greystar’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and repairing according to policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and preparation for new move‑ins.
- Maintain the property’s physical aspects, including buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas.
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule as needed.
Required profile
- Available to work Monday‑Friday with a rotating on‑call schedule.
