Maintenance Technician – The Olivian

About the role
Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for The Olivian property in Seattle. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to and complete resident service requests promptly.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality of all property areas.
- Maintain accurate work orders and documentation.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in residential or commercial settings.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed resident expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
