Maintenance Technician – The Mill at White House

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of The Mill at White House meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work across apartments, common areas, and amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by trash removal, pressure‑washing, general cleaning, and painting as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Ability to complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Capability to follow established procedures for material handling and documentation.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
