Maintenance Technician – The Luxe

About the role

• Document service requests accurately and maintain up‑to‑date paperwork.
• Assist with grounds upkeep, trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and basic painting of curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible.

• Ability to follow safety procedures and adhere to Greystar’s risk‑management policies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
