Maintenance Technician – The Everlin at Indian Trail

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support The Everlin at Indian Trail, a stabilized garden‑style community of 204 units in Indian Trail, NC. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing them in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage, returning unused items and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing parts when feasible and minimizing waste of materials.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and code requirements.
• Capability to complete documentation accurately and within required timeframes.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with a rotating on‑call rotation.
