Maintenance Technician – The Edge

About the role
The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of The Edge and The Brinkley properties meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position involves technical and mechanical work across two mid‑rise, stabilized communities in Charlotte, NC.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
- Diagnose the source or cause of defects and execute repairs in line with company policies.
- Work at both The Edge and The Brinkley locations, adhering to a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and report any recurring issues.
Required profile
- Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks in a property environment.
- Willingness to work on‑site at two locations within Charlotte.
- Availability for a full‑time schedule and rotating on‑call shifts.
