About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas of The Clara meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time, entry‑level position supports a high‑rise lease‑up property with 508 units in Santa Clara, California.

Key responsibilities

Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, preparing units for new tenants and move‑ins.
Work weekends and be on‑call as required to address urgent maintenance needs.

Required profile

Entry‑level candidates with relatable experience in building or facilities maintenance.
Ability to follow established procedures and safety protocols.
Willingness to work weekends and be on‑call.
