Maintenance Technician – Tesota Four Hills

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of the Tesota Four Hills property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This full‑time position supports resident satisfaction and prepares vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and creating punch lists.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors for required maintenance tasks.
• Maintain building systems to ensure overall functionality and safety.

Required profile

• Technical and mechanical aptitude to diagnose and repair building issues.
• Ability to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Attention to detail for inspections and punch‑list creation.
