Maintenance Technician – Tapestry

About the role

Tapestry is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join its property management team in Seattle. You will be responsible for ensuring that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s high standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical repairs across residential units and common areas.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond to resident service requests, providing timely and courteous solutions.
• Maintain building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
