Maintenance Technician – Tapestry Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the Tapestry community team. You will ensure that all building systems, grounds, and common areas meet the company’s high standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality while delivering excellent resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete repairs, including appliance troubleshooting.
• Perform make‑ready preparations for new move‑ins.
• Maintain exterior building and parking area cleanliness.
• Assist with vendor coordination and other property duties.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and preventative tasks on equipment.

Required profile

• Proven experience with hand and power tools, mechanical equipment, and safe work practices.
• Background in painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional appearance and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to read, write, and convey information clearly.
