About the role

Greystar is hosting a one‑day hiring event to recruit experienced Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Supervisors for its property portfolio. Candidates will meet the team, learn about available positions, and interview on the spot.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose defects in building systems.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Required profile

• Experience in apartment or property maintenance.
• Hands‑on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general repairs.
• Ability to follow safety standards, company policies, and code requirements.
