About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support upcoming projects in the St. Louis area. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests and preventative‑maintenance schedules.
Diagnose the source of defects or problems and perform repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartment units for new lease‑ups and move‑ins.

Required profile

Ability to perform hands‑on technical and mechanical tasks in a residential property environment.
Familiarity with safety procedures and building codes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established policies.
