About the role
This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the Solena West Miami property meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned work orders generated from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and making repairs in accordance with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new move‑ins, handling pre‑move‑out tasks and ensuring units are ready for leasing.
