Maintenance Technician – Shadowood Property

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the physical aspects of the Shadowood property meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks throughout the property to ensure ongoing functionality of building systems and amenities.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process, preparing vacant apartment units for new leasing by addressing any defects and ensuring they meet Greystar standards.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to respond to urgent maintenance needs outside regular hours.

Required profile

• Ability to diagnose the source or cause of defects and apply appropriate repairs.
• Commitment to follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and relevant code requirements.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call responsibilities.
