Maintenance Technician – Seasons at Farmington Reserve

About the role

This position performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of Seasons at Farmington Reserve meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly, including appliance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new move‑ins by executing the “make‑ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other related duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.

Required profile

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry‑level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
