Maintenance Technician – Saratoga Down, Napa

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the Saratoga Down community in Napa safe, functional, and attractive. This full‑time role supports resident requests, preventative maintenance, and the preparation of units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and complete repairs in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process to ready vacant units for new residents, ensuring all fixtures and systems are operational.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Participate in rotating on‑call schedule and work Tuesday through Saturday as needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and safety procedures.
• Preferred bilingual ability in Spanish.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work a rotating on‑call schedule.
