Maintenance Technician – RYE SoBo

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its RYE SoBo property in Denver. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas in excellent condition, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests by completing work orders, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks across the property to reduce future breakdowns.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, and ensuring apartments are ready for new occupants.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Technical aptitude for diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures and regulatory codes.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders and coordinate with vendors.
