Maintenance Technician – Riverchase Vista

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Riverchase Vista community. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet the company’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and completing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Experience performing mechanical and technical maintenance in a residential or commercial property.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures, company policies and building codes.
• Strong organizational skills for tracking work orders, inventory and documentation.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
