Maintenance Technician – Reflections (Full‑time)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Reflections property in Lenexa, Kansas. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and make repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, and coordination with vendors and contractors.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and maintenance requests.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to diagnose building system issues.
• Commitment to follow established safety procedures and code requirements.
• Capability to work independently and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
