Maintenance Technician – Pines Garden, City Center

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at Pines Garden, City Center in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The role involves performing technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing and repairing defects in accordance with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
- Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property to ensure equipment reliability.
- Execute the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartments for new leases and move‑ins.
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours maintenance needs.
Required profile
- Full‑time availability.
- Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
