Maintenance Technician – Patriots Pointe

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will ensure that the physical aspects of Patriots Pointe – a 240‑unit garden‑style community in Hillsborough, NC – meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position supports both resident requests and preventative upkeep during a renovation stage.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks across the property’s building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas.
• Complete the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, preparing units for new occupants.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Required profile

• Experience performing technical and mechanical maintenance in a residential or commercial setting.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, safety procedures, and building codes.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday with rotating on‑call duties.
