Maintenance Technician – On‑Call (Glendale, CA)

About the role
The Maintenance Technician ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, on‑call position supports a stabilized community of 699 units in Glendale, California.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment and common‑area systems.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute appropriate repairs.
- Respond to after‑hours emergencies and on‑call assignments as required.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work on‑call and handle after‑hours emergencies.
Required skills
- Mechanical troubleshooting.
- Preventive maintenance procedures.
- Repair of building systems and equipment.
