Maintenance Technician – NOVEL Manchester Farm

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join Greystar’s property team at the NOVEL Manchester Farm community. The role ensures that all building systems, grounds, and common‑area amenities meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and completing repairs in line with safety codes and company procedures.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, and final quality checks.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests accurately and maintain up‑to‑date paperwork.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by trash removal, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established maintenance procedures and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Willingness to work a Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating on‑call duties.
