Maintenance Technician – Multisite (Ayra at Hedges Creek/Arbor Heights)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will support multiple sites within the Ayra community at Hedges Creek and Arbor Heights, ensuring that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete preventative‑maintenance work orders, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, track usage, return unused items and notify the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document all service requests accurately and promptly to maintain proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as required.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Willingness to follow Greystar’s safety and risk‑management policies.
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and coordinate with vendors.
• Attention to detail in inspections, documentation and inventory management.
